By purchasing access to any Duke’s Picks event, including the Breeders Cup Edge — Live with Duke Matties livestream, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional guidelines or rules posted within our Services.

3. Digital Product Access

By purchasing access to any Duke’s Picks livestream or replay:

You are purchasing a limited, non-transferable license to view the content.

Sharing your access credentials or streaming links is strictly prohibited.

Replay access may be provided at our discretion after the live event.

We reserve the right to revoke access for violation of these Terms without refund.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Because our events and replays are digital and time-sensitive, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges after purchase.

If a technical issue prevents you from accessing the live stream, please contact [email protected] within 24 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to assist.
